This is a small firm that focuses on Immigration and has been doing immigration for over 10 years. We also have a small personal injury practice and provide all the services of a full-services law firm, including domestic relations.
Currently, staff includes myself, another lawyer and an assistant. The other lawyer and the assistant are both fluent (verbal and literate) in Khmer. We have a part time contract worker in Phnom Penh and contacts in Cambodia who can help with things that can only be done in-country.
We do Visa Applications (both IV and NIV) for family and fiancees and, in the case of NIVs, friends. We do Marriage Based green card packages,(including for Visa Overstays) renewal of 2 year green cards (removal of condition and waiver) Deportation, Removal, Cancellation, affirmative and defensive VAWA, Asylum, and Litigation in Federal District and Appeals Court. Of course, we do Naturalization and Citizenship Certificate applications.
We do Deportation defense for criminal matters and can secure Criminal Counsel for collateral attack on a State Court conviction which is causing immigration problems.
